What are your costs?

Do you offer remote consulting?

Yes, 100% of our work is remote. We work with clients across Italy and internationally. We access your tenant via authorized, documented admin access.

How long does a migration take?

A migration from Google Workspace to Microsoft 365 typically takes 2–4 weeks, depending on number of users and data complexity. We provide a detailed timeline after the initial audit.

Can you work alongside our internal IT team?

Yes, we often work in tandem with internal IT teams. Our role is M365 specialization while your team manages general infrastructure. Complete documentation eases handoff.

What's the difference between audit, setup, and remediation?

Audit is analysis of your current tenant, with no changes. Setup configures the system from scratch or migrates from another platform. Remediation solves issues and security gaps in an existing tenant.

Do you guarantee operational continuity during work?

Yes, all work is planned to avoid downtime. For migrations we schedule during low-impact windows. Continuity is non-negotiable for enterprise clients.

What compliance standards do you support?

We support GDPR, ISO 27001, and vertical-specific compliance (legal, healthcare, financial). Auditing, DLP, retention policies and break-glass accounts are standard in our implementations.

Are you a Microsoft reseller?

Yes, we are a Cloud Solution Provider (CSP Indirect via Computergross) for Microsoft 365 licensing sales. We also manage renewals.

What if your work isn't satisfactory?

We offer satisfaction guarantee on all services. If anything isn't as agreed, we redo the work until resolved. No lock-in — the client leaves with all documentation.

Do you provide training to our users?
