About us
We didn't learn from textbooks.
The story
A practice built on values.
ELETHOS was born from direct experience inside enterprise environments: years spent managing company tenants from SMB to enterprise scale, fixing what vendors left unfinished, understanding how a Microsoft 365 environment really behaves under pressure.
We're not a software house that added M365 to their service list. We're the professionals called when something goes wrong — and who leave things better than they found them.
The name ELETHOS carries ethos — character, integrity, the way you do things when no one is watching. It's the name of a practice built on values, not certifications.

Co-founder · M365 Infrastructure SpecialistBackground in M365 support and consulting for Microsoft via Arvato. Specialises in infrastructure, mailflow and Exchange Online. Learned more from a broken tenant at three in the morning than from any certification.
