The method that makes the difference.
Anyone can configure a tenant. The difference is in the how: what gets documented, what gets explained, what gets left behind when you leave. We work as if we had to hand over tomorrow.
Diagnosis before intervention
We don't touch anything until we understand. Every environment has a history: inherited configurations, decisions made years ago, workarounds forgotten by whoever created them. Before any intervention we read that history in full — even when the client tells us "we already know what the problem is". Often the problem is somewhere else.
Surgical interventions
We change the minimum necessary to achieve the maximum result. We don't rebuild from scratch to prove we were there, we don't add complexity to make ourselves indispensable. Every change has a specific reason, is documented, and is tested before going into production.
Documentation as deliverable
Every intervention produces documentation. Not internal notes: documentation your team can read, understand, and use without us. The state of the tenant at the end of every intervention is clear, written, and delivered. If we disappeared tomorrow, you would know exactly where you stand.
No lock-in
Your tenant must work even if you decide tomorrow to stop working with us. This is non-negotiable. We don't build dependencies, we don't hide configurations, we don't hold documentation hostage. We work to make you autonomous, not dependent.
Continuous communication
You always know what's happening. Before every intervention we tell you what we'll do and why. During the intervention we update you if anything changes. Afterwards we deliver a summary of what was done. No technical surprises. No silent changes.
